WATER SHUT-OFF SCHEDULE ALERT!!!
September 18, 2014
A City of Atlanta attorney and the City’s Commissioner of Watershed Management met this morning, September 18, 2014, with the Task Force’s attorney S. Hall, Task Force Board Member Carl Hartrampf and Task Force Director Anita Beaty. The Commissioner informed the Task Force that the water at the Peachtree-Pine Facility is scheduled to be shut off on Monday, September 22. Only a payment of hundreds of thousands of dollars to the City’s water department by Friday afternoon can avert the shut-off of water at the emergency facility where last night 432 people resided. Of this total 432 people, 42 are women and 28 are children. Let me ask you to do one thing or three of three things that will help you. One, go to the Task Force website, http://www.atlantataskforceforthehomeless.org and send a donation of money. If you earmark your donation for “water” we will get it to the City of Atlanta Water Department. Two, bring all the bottled water you can gather to 477 Peachtree Street (Pine Street door). Three, pray for the soul of a City of Atlanta that can wrongfully cut funds and then turn around and shut-off water keeping homeless women and their children from water, a basic necessity of life.
Whatever your political persuasion, TEAM GOLIATH conspirator or a sensitive human being, surely you see the cruelty of a shut-off of water to people who have no place to go. The Task Force Attorney Steve Hall inquired about the hundreds of huge debtors to the City for back water bills. Mr. Hall didn’t mention any businesses but he could have. An AJC reporter said recently that the Water Department has “forgiven” many water bills far in excess of what the City claims is owed by Peachtree Pine. The city attorney told Mr. Hall that ONLY the Task Force’s bill would be discussed. Where is Mayor Reed in all this? Could the Superior Court of Fulton County be in all this? Is United Way offering dollars per head to struggling churches for the people they will take in when the county or the court or gog or magog close Peachtree Pine?
Micah 2:1-2, if I may quote Emanuel “God with us” Fialkow’s middle name: “Woe to those who scheme iniquity, who work out evil on their beds! When morning comes, they do it, For it is in the power of their hands. They covet fields and then seize them, and houses and take them away. They rob a man and his house, A man and his inheritance.” I beg you for water.

Exhibit 17 Craig Jones to AJ Robinson: “You really got Manny lathered up. We really need to see what Emory is willing to do.”
September 17, 2014
Exhibit 17, Tab 17, is one of 28 exhibits filed as evidence in Judge Craig Schwall’s Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, on July 11, 2014. The lawsuit pits the Metro Atlanta Task Force for the Homeless, Inc. against Premium Funding Solutions, Inc. (Manny “Micah 2:1-2” Fialkow), Central Atlanta Progress and Atlanta Downtown Improvement District. The three defendants are charged among other things with racketeering, tortious interference, defamation, bribery and fraudulently seizing property. Emory University and Emory Health Care face the same and other charges in the Superior Court of Dekalb County, Georgia. In this brief Exhibit 17, Craig Jones of Cousins Properties exudes glee over the pliancy of the usually constipated Manny “Micah 2:1-2” Fialkow. Craig Jones’ ejaculation is sent by e-mail to Manny’s familiar, A. J. Robinson, president of Central Atlanta Progress. The “Boss” as Richard Orr likes to call him, responds to the Cousins Properties’ man showing what he knows of the sometimes pliable, sometimes not, Emanuel “ Micah 2:1-2” Fialkow. Their exchanges are quoted below: From: Craig Jones To: AJ Robinson Sent: Wed May 20, 2009 Subject: Fw: 477 Peachtree Pine This “gent” is way down the road on this. You’ve got him pretty lathered up. Sent from my Blackberry Wireless Handheld Note: From this Exhibit 17 through Exhibit 28 the plot thickens with Emory officials chumming with Manny “Micah 2:1-2” Fialkow and A. J. Robinson. Cousins Properties’ Craig Jones delights in Fialkow’s being “lathered up” by A. J. Robinson. Cousins Properties wants to develop 477 Peachtree. And snow white developers like Cousins Properties and pristine Health Care Providers like Emory Health Care, Inc. need “informal” dealers like Fialkow to “put them in default” and then “Kick them out” of the property. What a mix! What a conglomerate. Nuns posing as housing providers are joined at the hip with conspirators who all stand to gain on the backs of poor people and also on the back of an organization that has, though crippled by these very attackers, served them unflaggingly. Exhibit 16, Tab 16, along with 27 other exhibits was filed by Baker Donelson Attorneys Steve Hall and Bob Brazier in Judge Craig Schwall’s Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, on July 11, 2014. This lawsuit brings The Metro Atlanta Task Force for the Homeless, Inc., versus Emanuel Fialkow’s Premium Funding Solutions, Inc., Central Atlanta Progress and its sister organization, Atlanta Downtown Improvement District.
This Exhibit 16, Tab 16, entitled “Robinson-Fialkow email 5/21/09” contains a chain of 5 emails written by William Burton, Troutman Sanders attorney; AJ Robinson, Central Atlanta Progress; Emanuel (Micah 2:1-2)Fialkow; recipients include Craig Jones, Cousins Properties, Meg Mojeski, Cousins Properties and Robert Fortson, Troutman Sanders attorney.
The email chain is quoted verbatim and in the order the emails were written.

Gents I look forward to our meeting tomorrow at 1 pm. May I invite Andy Burnet (Frazier & Deeler) and see if he is available? If you prefer not, I won’t and will think nothing of it at this point. Eventually, I will seek his blessing on this. Attached are 2 docs that I used on a note purchase that appear to be rather seller friendly and hence are likely to give M Jacobs a little less trouble. They may save you time as well.
Also, could you provide wiring instructions to your escrow account. Presently, the money is sitting in the escrow account of Samuel L Feldman, P.C. I welcome the opportunity to remain in the background as long as possible. We are thinking about having a florida (sic) or Nevada trust be the sole member of the llc and the manager will be a separate out of state llc. I have this structure in another deal presently.
I am anxious to hear your thoughts on structure and process as you have ridden this thing for a while and I am only jumping in at the last minute.
Thanks,

PS if AJ hasn’t warned you, I am rather informal in my dealings, please do not be offended.

Note: The power players exposed in this Exhibit 16 beg a jury’s scrutiny. Coming late to this lynching party is the fop, Emanuel “Micah 2:1-2” Fialkow. He warns that he is “informal.” A half dozen far more accurate words come to mind to describe Fialkow’s “business deals.” And the Nuns preferred to do the dirty with him rather than with Central Atlanta Progress. Fialkow comes to the lynching party alongside his equally genteel codefendant, AJ Robinson, who perfectly represents downtown corporate Atlanta. It’s too bad that the Chamber of Commerce’s Sammy Williams is not present to complete the triumvirate of terror.
Note again that on a clear day from this table on the 52nd floor, the conspirators can look down on the rooftop garden of the Peachtree-Pine building. This is the roof of the coveted real estate, like Naboth’s vineyard (I Kings 21), that these TEAM GOLIATH swindlers are in the process of stealing. This 52nd floor is part of the Troutman Sanders kingdom that brings justice to all Atlanta and throughout the Southeast. This table is in the Troutman Sanders Law Firm where things get done. These minds bring in Micah 2:1-2 to better the city. At the table with Manny “Micah 2:1-2″ Fialkow and CAP’s Boss Robinson are the Troutman Sanders lawyers. And joining these community giants are representatives from Cousins Properties, Inc. The name Cousins means solid support and real help for the least of these. And best of all, the Cousins man and CAP Boss will “meet with Emory in the morning” and bring “intelligence” from that gathering to this cabal nestled on the 52nd floor.
And we must not forget the reason for this meeting—the Nuns. When Manny (Micah 2:1-2) Fialkow buys the notes from the Nun-run Mercy Housing, Inc., Atlanta will be heavily indebted to these brides of Jesus. Horace Sibley told Goody Gerety that when Mercy Housing helps accomplish this chicanery, all Atlanta will be in Mercy’s debt. These brides of Jesus can pass the hat immediately. And pass the hat they did. They passed it so well that the financially troubled St. Joseph’s Hospital was purchased by none other than Emory Health Care, Inc. Tell Russ Hardin of the Woodruff Foundation that Emory has SOME money. The sign at the Hospital now reads EMORY St. Joseph’s.
Remember “Sin City” sung by The Flying Burrito Brothers:
This old earthquake’s gonna leave me in the poor house
It seems like this whole town’s insane
On the 52nd floor a gold plated door
Won’t keep out the Lord’s burning rain.

Exhibit 15 Manny Fialkow” “Offering the alternatives is the likely best way to avoid or counter a lawsuit.”
September 8, 2014
Baker Doneson Attorneys Steve Hall and Bob Brazier filed the following Exhibit 15 Tab 15 in Judge Craig Schwall’s Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, on July 11, 2014. Baker Donelson entitled this Exhibit 15, “Robinson-Fialkow email.” Judge Schwall responded with his ruling with the following order. He made the way clear for Manny Fialkow’s Premium Finance Solutions, Inc, to move toward dispossessory of the Peachtree-Pine Property. Also, Judge Schwall AFFIRMED Special Master Frank Strickland’s Order which stated that Defendants Manny Fialkow, Central Atlanta Progress and Atlanta Downtown Improvement District face 8 claims of wrongdoing worthy to be heard before a jury. ATLANTA JOURNAL CONSTITUTION Reporter Rhonda Cook reported on the ruling in a front page article and did not mention the 8 claims that the defendants must face. Cook is notorious for one-sided and flawed reporting. Her research methodology is suspect. If she read the Special Master’s report, a reader could never tell it. Remember, for years Rhonda Cook has served as Debi Starnes’ and AJ Robinson’s newsletter propagandist. Cook’s willingness years ago to comply with CAP’s cause prompted Richard Orr to squeal to the Boss, “We’re in!”
This Exhibit 15 features Manny Fialkow and AJ Robinson. The conspiracy was so widespread at this point in May 2009 that Manny Fialkow writes to fellow conspirator, AJ Robinson, “Offering the alternatives is the best way to avoid or counter a lawsuit.” Rest assured Emanuel “Micah 2:1-2” Fialkow is familiar with facing lawsuits. Both the emails in this Exhibit 15 were written on May 17, 2009. I quote them verbatim.

Offering the alternatives is the likely best way to avoid or counter a lawsuit.
I will continue to quietly attempt to come up with them, including buying single family homes or small apt blgs not too far from, but far enough from downtown.

Ok, but keep confidential……she will not be satisfied, she’s all about power and control.
Note: Imagine Manny Fialkow offering to call an associate, Michael Weinstock, former campaign manager of a judge for the purpose of influencing a judge. Can that happen? Are judges called? Is it ethical to pressure a judge? I thought judges were pressured ONLY to interpret and KEEP the law? Is Manny Fialkow close to the justice that we all cherish? And the same person who can influence is concerned about being taken to court in a lawsuit? Me thinks thou protests too much! And what about “the judge who turned Anita’s water back on”? Is anyone safe in a world where the Manny Fialkows influence judges and the AJ Robinsons write that saints who give their lives serving the poor are “all about power and control.”
Let me think. Where have I heard Anita Beaty described as a person who is “all about power and control”? Power and control? Power and control! Let me see. Were those very words stated in the…? No way! They couldn’t have been spoken there!

Baker Donelson Attorneys Steve Hall and Bob Brazier filed Exhibit 13 along with 28 other exhibits in Judge Craig Schwall’s Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, on July 11, 2014. These exhibits show tortious interference, collusion, wrongful possession and defamation on the part of these three defendants.
Emory University and Emory health Care, Inc. are implicated and accused of the same charges; however, that case is being heard in the Superior Court of DeKalb County After this hearing Judge Schwall ruled making the way clear for Manny Fialkow’w Premium Finance Solutions, Inc. to file a dispossessory motion on behalf of defendants Fialkow, Central Atlanta Progress and Atlanta Downtown Improvement District, Inc. These three defendants, the order states, face 8 claims that should be heard before a jury of their peers. Judge Schwall’s order affirms Special Master Frank Strickland’s 17 page order that recommends this lawsuit go to trial. You won’t read this in Rhonda Cook’s front-page AJC piece that tells only of the clearance for the dispossessory motion. Rhonda Cook reports as usual only the party line. That shoddy kind of reporting requires neither research nor the whole truth.
Manny Fialkow’s Premium Funding Solutions and AJ Robinson’s Central Atlanta Progress and Atlanta Downtown Improvement District are defendants in this lawsuit. Exhibit 13 features these two conspirators plus a third collaborator named Michael Dinerman. Dinerman is not a defendant; however, he’s all over the subpoenaed documents as a collaborating conspirator. If Manny comes, can Dinny be far behind? Baker Donelson attorneys have entitled Exhibit 13 “Dinerman-Fialkow email.” The 3 e-mails are quoted verbatim in the order in which they were written.

Exhibit 12 Tab 12 Sr. Jane Gerety: “…we should pass the hat immediately.”
Baker Donelson Attorney Steve Hall filed Exhibit 12 along with 27 others in Judge Craig Schwall’s Superior Court of Fulton County on July 11, 2014. Judge Schwall responded with a ruling that permitted attorneys for Manny Fialkow to move toward the dispossession of the property in question, the Peachtree-Pine Center. Also the Judge affirmed his Special Masters’ ruling that asserted that defendants Fialkow, Central Atlanta Progress and Atlanta Downtown Improvement face eight claims that need the decision of a jury. The following four e-mails were written and sent on November 12, 2008. They show the collaboration among TEAM GOLIATH members, the Nun-run Mercy Housing, Inc., The City of Atlanta, Central Atlanta Progress, Atlanta Downtown Improvement District and Emory Health Care, Inc. Steve Hall entitles Exhibit 12, “Sister Gerety email to Diane Leavesley.” I have quoted the four emails verbatim in the order they were written.

Julie,
I got your voice mail. Thanks. I wanted to talk to you about the possibility of foreclosure on the Peachtree and Pine property in Atlanta. I’ve talked with Pete (Walker) and with others representing the city and believe that foreclosing is what we should do. It needs to be part of a plan to move the men living in the shelter to other facilities where there are supportive services and a proposal from Mercy Housing for affordable housing on the site. There may be some negative publicity, but I think that can be mitigated by the plan and the proposal. Moving the men is very doable and represents a philosophy that is much more enlightened than warehousing them in the present facility. In addition, if Mercy Housing can accomplish this, I believe we will be in the debt of the city, the business community and the foundations. Horace Sibley, who chairs the Mayor’s commission to end homelessness, told me that if we can get this accomplished, we should pass the hat immediately.
That’s the gist of what I wanted to talk about, but if you get a chance, and I will fill in more details.
Safe travels,
Sr. Jane”
Handwritten notes by Diane Leavesley, Head of Mercy Loan, Inc. during a conference call follow, ”Anita’s vision meets people where they are; Horace wants to get people out of homelessness.” “1 by 1 her funding sources have dried up; a proposal to rehab the building to maintain the shelter w/SRO hsg above.” “Foreclose sensitively & delicately; Horace has a plan to move men.”
Note: Diane Leavesley’s notes read that Anita meets people where they are. That is true; however, her note implies that nothing but sheltering takes place. Every day of the year for 17 years the Peachtree Pine facility has provided, intake and assessment, case management, three recovery meetings each week, GED classes, basic computer-skilled classes, computer lab: job search, resume building, COMPASS access, e-mail access, clothing closet, weight room, resident volunteer training and housing, transitional housing program, art studio, roof-top vegetable garden and a monthly health clinic. Sister used TEAM GOLIATH’s favorite term, “warehousing.”
There remain monolithic differences between Horace Sibley, Debi Starnes and the Task Force. The Metro Atlanta Task Force for the Homeless, Inc. has fed, sheltered, clothed and housed hundreds for years while Horace Sibley and Debi Starnes worked feverishly to crush every move of the Atlanta Task Force. Neither Horace nor Debi nor United Way nor the City has ever had a plan to house the men at Peachtree-Pine. Their plan consists solely of disappearing people unsightly in their kin.
Don’t miss Good Sister Jane’s exclaiming with glee that the City, the business community and the foundations will all owe the Nun-run Mercy Housing, Inc. if these sisters, married to Jesus, “can help to accomplish this” the shutting down of a shelter for homeless people. Sister Jane Gerety did more than pass the hat. At the time of these collaborations the Nun-run St. Joseph’s Hospital in Atlanta was going belly up. That defunct disaster got bailed out by none other than conspirator Emory Health Care, Inc. I look at Emory’s new sign often. Today it is Emory St. Joseph. Pass the hat, please.
Last night, September 2-3, 2014, forty-two children with their mothers spent the night on mats at Peachtree and Pine. Calls from well-wishers and do-gooders alert us that we are to be evicted soon We’ve received these calls for 5 years. Some are TEAM GOLIATH pranksters; some care that homeless people will be left at the mercy of United Way. Come now BEFORE the Court closes the doors. Come now before Emory swallows the place. Come before Manny Ahab steals Naboth’s vineyard. Why wait United Way? Why wait Fulton County Commissioners? Why wait urban and suburban churches? Why wait Synagogues and Mosques? Why wait travelers aid? Why wait to reopen, Gateway? We welcome you all. You come and succor the 100 perishing ones. Please come, Sisters of Mercy!
