Exhibit 16, Tab 16, along with 27 other exhibits was filed by Baker Donelson Attorneys Steve Hall and Bob Brazier in Judge Craig Schwall’s Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, on July 11, 2014. This lawsuit brings The Metro Atlanta Task Force for the Homeless, Inc., versus Emanuel Fialkow’s Premium Funding Solutions, Inc., Central Atlanta Progress and its sister organization, Atlanta Downtown Improvement District.

This Exhibit 16, Tab 16, entitled “Robinson-Fialkow email 5/21/09” contains a chain of 5 emails written by William Burton, Troutman Sanders attorney; AJ Robinson, Central Atlanta Progress; Emanuel (Micah 2:1-2)Fialkow; recipients include Craig Jones, Cousins Properties, Meg Mojeski, Cousins Properties and Robert Fortson, Troutman Sanders attorney.

The email chain is quoted verbatim and in the order the emails were written.

Gents I look forward to our meeting tomorrow at 1 pm. May I invite Andy Burnet (Frazier & Deeler) and see if he is available? If you prefer not, I won’t and will think nothing of it at this point. Eventually, I will seek his blessing on this. Attached are 2 docs that I used on a note purchase that appear to be rather seller friendly and hence are likely to give M Jacobs a little less trouble. They may save you time as well.

Also, could you provide wiring instructions to your escrow account. Presently, the money is sitting in the escrow account of Samuel L Feldman, P.C. I welcome the opportunity to remain in the background as long as possible. We are thinking about having a florida (sic) or Nevada trust be the sole member of the llc and the manager will be a separate out of state llc. I have this structure in another deal presently.
I am anxious to hear your thoughts on structure and process as you have ridden this thing for a while and I am only jumping in at the last minute.

Note: The power players exposed in this Exhibit 16 beg a jury’s scrutiny. Coming late to this lynching party is the fop, Emanuel “Micah 2:1-2” Fialkow. He warns that he is “informal.” A half dozen far more accurate words come to mind to describe Fialkow’s “business deals.” And the Nuns preferred to do the dirty with him rather than with Central Atlanta Progress. Fialkow comes to the lynching party alongside his equally genteel codefendant, AJ Robinson, who perfectly represents downtown corporate Atlanta.  It’s too bad that the Chamber of Commerce’s Sammy Williams is not present to complete the triumvirate of terror.

Note again that on a clear day from this table on the 52nd floor, the conspirators can look down on the rooftop garden of the Peachtree-Pine building.  This is the roof of the coveted real estate, like Naboth’s vineyard (I Kings 21), that these TEAM GOLIATH swindlers are in the process of stealing. This 52nd floor is part of the Troutman Sanders kingdom that brings justice to all Atlanta and throughout the Southeast. This table is in the Troutman Sanders Law Firm where things get done. These minds bring in Micah 2:1-2 to better the city. At the table with Manny “Micah 2:1-2″ Fialkow and CAP’s Boss Robinson are the Troutman Sanders lawyers. And joining these community giants are representatives from Cousins Properties, Inc. The name Cousins means solid support and real help for the least of these. And best of all, the Cousins man and CAP Boss will “meet with Emory in the morning” and bring “intelligence” from that gathering to this cabal nestled on the 52nd floor.

And we must not forget the reason for this meeting—the Nuns. When Manny (Micah 2:1-2) Fialkow buys the notes from the Nun-run Mercy Housing, Inc., Atlanta will be heavily indebted to these brides of Jesus. Horace Sibley told Goody Gerety that when Mercy Housing helps accomplish this chicanery, all Atlanta will be in Mercy’s debt. These brides of Jesus can pass the hat immediately.  And pass the hat they did.  They passed it so well that the financially troubled St. Joseph’s Hospital was purchased by none other than Emory Health Care, Inc. Tell Russ Hardin of the Woodruff Foundation that Emory has SOME money. The sign at the Hospital now reads EMORY St. Joseph’s.

Baker Donelson Attorneys Steve Hall and Bob Brazier filed the following Exhibit 14 along with 27 other exhibits in Judge Craig Schwall’s Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, on July 11, 2014. Baker Donelson entitles this Exhibit 14, “Robinson-Jones email.” This exhibit consists of two emails, the first from Emanuel Fialkow to Realtor Michael Dineman and copied it to AJ Robinson. The second email is from AJ Robinson, President of Central Atlanta Progress, to Craig Jones and Johm McColl of Cousins Properties. I have quoted the two emails verbatim in the order that they were written.

Fyi, please keep confidential ….I know Fialkow pretty well…my guess is he would come up some on price but not much. We may be able to convince him to buy the notes if nothing else surfaces. Briefed Russ (Hardin) yesterday, he says Emory has no $, but will push them at right time. Communicated with the noteholders yesterday, but they still haven’t signed docs…..”
